The Answer to your question is yes.
the ingredient of Nutrafol has anti DHT action, as result if dose work in cases of androgenic alopecia.
you should notice a decrease in your hair loss after 2 months of usage of pills and after 6 months you should see growth back of your hair as far as your follicles are still alive.

Nutrafol is a vitamin where claims that it works to address hair loss are suggested. Vitamins have not been identified as a way to treat genetic hair loss
