Thank you for your question. It is possible to undergo another liposuction and BBL if adequate volume exists. In my practice, I'd like to wait at least three months after your prior procedure. While laser liposuction destroys the fat cells at the time of surgery, the remaining fat cells would be viable for transfer.  You would need to have an evaluation for precise recommendations.

In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

If you have enough fat on your stomach wall and the fat is harvested correctly, processed correctly and transferred correctly, it can be added to your buttocks. You really need to be seen in person to determine if you are a good candidate. Please find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with lots of experience in fat transfer to do this for you.
