Male 6' breast enlargement? (Photos)

Question

I am looking to have larger, perky, and fuller boobs. How would I go about that? And what is the best option? And what are suggestions on size? I am a 44C and would love to be a D or DD cup.

It's tough to answer size questions without an in person consultation.  Upsizing the implants would increase the size and would give you some lift.  Depending on how much lift you need, this could be combined with a mastopexy (breast lift) if needed, but this would require an in person consultation for your plastic surgeon to determine which method you'd need.
