Waist trainer when I sit digs into that area pushing it out making it worse before surgery that area was tight and flat no fat no loose skin now embarrassing. What to do about it without needing surgery or revision

If you have recovered from surgery, there may be several options that could be considered based upon the amount of fat and skin laxity.

If you have fatty tissue over the mons pubis, you may want to  consider liposuction of that area. If you have loose skin or a hanging mons, then you might want it lifted.
