Sculptra or butt vacuum therapy to fix the uneven places on my bottom? (Photo)

Hello! I am trying to find a resolution to this issue. I do not want to have a bbl done but I hate these uneven places. I can not wear certain things because it makes my clothes wear oddly. The area has a slanted, flat, weird area and looks crazy. At the bottom right butt cheek it appears some of the cusp has taken off and left me. It's only the right butt cheek that has this problem.Can someone tell me if Sculptra or butt vacuum therapy could help this issue? Thank you!

The vacuum device is ineffective and short-term. Sculptra will correct the defect but may require to be repeated until optimal results are achieved. You need to find someone who is experienced in the use of sculptra. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

I prefer Scupltra injections over buttock vacuum devices. Wearing that devise for at least 6 weeks or more would be "cruel and unusual punishment". Sculptra has no down time, can be done in multiple sessions and gives predictable results in experienced MD hands. The big downside is the costs for vials of Sculptra. I guess you would need at least 20 vials.? Best to find true expert Sculptra injectors, which there are not many of us to be found, offering acceptable fees.
