Had PicoSure Laser treatment 3 days ago and I'm experiencing sensitivity, itchiness and large bumps on my face. Is this normal?

I'm 3 days out from PicoSure treatment and the bumps are much larger, my face is itchy. The only thing I have put on my face since treatment is "Supergoop" spf 50 and "La Mer" moisturizing creme. I have a friend who is allergic to numbing cream and suggested that I may have had a reaction to the lidocaine. She said I should put hydrocortisone on my face but I'm worried I'll make it worse. Is this rash/bumps normal for PicoSure?
