Had PicoSure Laser treatment 3 days ago and I'm experiencing sensitivity, itchiness and large bumps on my face. Is this normal?

Thanks for your question and posting pictures.  First, I would recommend contacting the office that treated you.  You will get the advice with personal contact.  Make sure that you are following the treating office's post care instructions.  We would not recommend either of the 2 products that you applied.  Any laser treatment can trigger a purge / breakout.  Applying hydrocortisone cream will not alter the results of the treatment.  It should sooth the skin surface, making it more comfortable.  I hope this helps.
