Is hyperpigmentation or darkening after PicoSure normal? (Photos)

I did picosure on my entire back for acne scars about a month ago. The doctor then did something a little more aggressive and it caused scabbing of the area after a week, here is what it looks like now, it has faded a little but I’m worried this will stop. Is this normal?
