Can I just pay to have the abdomen muscles tightened? Getting fleur de lis panniculectomy and insurance is covering it. (photos)

I'm having a Fleur De lis panniculectomy done on May 3rd, my insurance company is paying for the procedure so I was told my abdomen muscles can't be tightened because then it would be considered cosmetic and not a necessity. How much would something like that cost me out of pocket?
