Making it looks really strange when I talk. My smile kind of turns downwards and it really throws off the balance of my face since my eyes also turn downwards. What treatments are there for a downward smile?

A combination of fillers at the angle of the mouth in conjuction with some botox can be a very effective treatment. Lip augmentation is a very common producedure and can acheive a nice natural look by using a combination treatment. Be careful with who is performing the procudure as it should be an experienced physician.
