Hi I broke my nose when I was a kid, and now I have a deviated septum because of this and my nose is not straight If I do a septoplasty aside from some breathing problems that are gonna get cured, does the shape of nose become straight too? I want a rhinoplasty because the shape of nose has changed after that accident but I wanted to know whether septoplasty fix any peoblems about the apperance of my nose or not Thanks in advance

The septum should not move after septoplasty. It seems you have lost mechanical support and you need to be examined intra-nasally to see what is going on.

Turbinate reduction is often done in conjunction with rhinoplasty or septoplasty to improve breathing. There are several ways of doing this and the complication rate is quite low
Septal perforations are somewhat challenging to deal with and most often require some form of tissue flap to repair. The area is so sensitive that irritating the edges to encourage healing many times fails.
