Yes asymmetric nostrils can be fixed but you do NOT need that done. Leave it alone since you are the only one who notices this small difference.

Nostril asymmetry is common.  Unless it is very severe, I would probably avoid having anything done.  A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be a good idea. Good luck.

Nostril asymmetry is a very common complaint of people seeking rhinoplasty.  You're definitely not alone!  There are many different reasons for one to have asymmetric nostrils--even minor trauma as a child can cause this.  

 

The bottom of the nose on front view should have a symmetric "seagull in flight" contour, though no one has perfect symmetry in real life.  The correction for your complaint is a rhinoplasty in which the cartilages of the nose are carefully repositioned to create a more symmetric nasal tip.  Because of healing, the end result isn't entirely in your surgeon's control, but you should expect improvement.

Everyone has a little bit of asymmetry in his/her face and the asymmetry in the nostrils can be addressed.  With an in-office procedure under local anesthesia (so you are awake), the nostrils can be made more symmetric.  The clicking you mention is probably from the cartilage rubbing against each other or from an inherent weakness in that particular cartilagenous structure.  Please consult with a board certified specialist who can best assist you in achieving the results you seek.
