Ultrasound treatment under my eyes (Photo)

Question

Hi, I got ultrasound under my eyes (where I have fillers). The cometology told me that ultrasound will remove the fillers immediately so I did trust and let her to do that. Now its been 2 months and my eyes got much smaller and there is a massive fat loss in my upper eyelids. Also immediately after treatment my left eyebrow did dropp. Later I asked her how much power she did use, it was 0,8W and 3 MHz. Please check my before and after photos. What might cause that and how am I able to fix it?

A combination approach will give the most improvement for this. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. I notice fat loss, hollowness around eyes but also upper eyelid ptosis (droopy upper lids). See an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation and consideration of either filler injection and/or upper lid ptosis surgery.
