When can I wear underwire/push up after fat transfer?

Hi! I've had my implants removed and had a fat transfer to my breasts about 3.5 weeks ago. 100cc in each breast. If I were your patient, what would you tell me about the wearing push up bras and underwire bras again? When could I (in your opinion) do that again? Please let me know. I have talked to my own surgeon and he was vague about it. Just hoping for some more opinions. Thank you very much!

Thank you for your question.  I think push up or underwire bras are fine 1 month after fat transfer.  I tell my fat transfer to breast patients that most bras are fine except those that too tight/ too much compression (e.g. certain sports bra), or certain push up bras that would change the shape of the breast too much/ leave indentations on the breast.  You need a bra that is comfortable, not too tight nor too loose.  Hope that helps.

You can wear any kind bra since there is no implant to move around. I do a lot of similar procedure and the shape of the bra is not a major issue, but make sure it is ok with your surgeon.
