What is the cause behind my facial symmetry and would fillers be a considerable option to balance my face out? I like the left side of my face more than the right, as the right seems to sag. For reference I am 20yo.
Answer: Facial Asymmetries? Botox, Filler or implants Facial asymmetry is typical. Botox can slim the masseter. Both implants and fillers in the cheeks can create good results for patients. Both can build up the cheeks and create symmetry. You must balance the pros and cons of each procedure and do what you feel is the best decision for you. Fillers: Pros: No downtime Reversible Quick Cons: Temporary More expensive in long run Implants Pros: Permanent Great for patients with poor bone structure Less expensive overtime Negative: Risks associated with surgery Possible infection Downtime Hope this helps.

Answer: Facial asymmetry Everyone has some degree of facial asymmetry, as well as breast and body asymmetries. What you have is very normal and genetically the right side of the body and face isn't exactly identical to the left side. Facial fillers and fat grafting is a perfect minimally invasive solution to correct this.

Answer: Improving facial symmetry with fillers (Radiesse, Voluma, Bellafill), Sculptra, implants, fat Yes, symmetry of the face created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are permanent alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Botox or Dysport for masseter muscle enlargement I think one of the issues is enlarged masseters which could be treatment using a neuromodulator like Botox or Dysport. It appears that the right masseter is larger then the left and so I would use a higher dose of Botox or Dysport on the right (larger) side.

Answer: Facial Asymetry He there! To answer your question there isnt necessarily a cause per se, all of us will have some asymmetry to some extent. Other factors which may contribute bay include sleeping on one side, or getting more UV light on one side from driving. I dont see that your right side is sagging too much, but your masseters are quite large, so botox to these areas may help somewhat. Fillers in the cheeks can also help to attempt to balance out asymmetry in some people but results can sometimes be subtle.
