Filler with the least possibility of causing sensitivity?

Hello, if a filler contains lidocaine(0.3%) and a person who is allergic to lidocaine injects it(0.4 ml filler is injected). for how long will the allergic symptoms remain in the person? Do it eventually need to be dissolved? And finally, can you introduce fillers that are least likely to cause allergies? Thanks, best regards.
