I am 48 years old and am noticing my right eye appears smaller and there is too much space between my upper lip and my nose too short? What can I do about this.

Dear patient, I recommend a minimally invasive procedure for you. I have treated a few patients who had your situation. Conservative treatment is the best treatment. Laser lipo of the fatty pocket with laser resurfacing or Thermage would be a good option.

Yes you can remove these. I would go to someone that is familiar with this or you could run into problems if they are not familiar with this revisional type of work.
