Dear patient, I recommend a minimally invasive procedure for you. I have treated a few patients who had your situation. Conservative treatment is the best treatment. Laser lipo of the fatty pocket with laser resurfacing or Thermage would be a good option. 

Dear Susie, All you need base on what you describing is a mini face lift with more fat grafting. Deep plane might be to invassive for your case. I would recommend you to wait a few more weeks to allow swelling and inflammation to subside prior to having a second procedure. best of luck.

Implants are made of different materials. Some are smooth and easy to remove while others have a porous surface which promotes tissue ingrowth making removal very difficult. In some instances, surgeons place the implants with screws which can also make it more difficult to remove.

Suspension lifts such as Threadlifts, Contour lifts, Featherlift, Silhouette lift, are fairly ineffective and very short lasting.  Not the best value for the money spent.

From the photo it is difficult to see if you would benefit from cheek implants. The lower cheeks are fine. See an experienced plastic or facial plastic surgeon for an evaluation.
