I am interested in having lip reduction surgery , im not interested in having 'ethnic lip reduction' i want western sized lips, i feel that my bottom lip is red and bulbous and kinda sticks out. i have very chapped dry lips (i need to use lip balm every day) im looking for a big change. will insurance help pay for some of the costs? sometimes i feel like my lower lip trips up my speech but im not sure.
