The spot on your upper lip is unrelated to your previous lip fillers, which is mostly dissipated by now.
It looks like sebaceous hyperplasia to me.
It is definitely not migrated filler as suggested by the inexperienced assistant Jessica in the previous response.
If you have a dermatologist, I suggest you check in with them to get a confirmation.
My background is in plastic surgery, so I’m not that good at identifying skin lesions.
Sebaceous hyperplasia tends to be ongoing.
It can be controlled using a variety of a blade of treatments, such as laser treatments, skin, peels, electro, pottery, or direct surgical excision.
It can also sometimes be reduced with liquid nitrogen, freezing cryosurgery.
Don’t pick at this too much.
If it bothers you enough to seek medical care, and then a dermatologist, is you go to provider.
