Are Vaser lipo and Body-Jet as effective as a tradtional liposuction?

The most important thing with liposuction is who is doing the procedure.  You must go to an expert, someone who uses all the devices and is an expert in the field.  Someone specifically who has a practice dedicated to these types of body contouring procedures.  Vaser and laser can get very hi definition results if done by someone well trained.  Water assisted is great for fat transfer.  I often am using all the devices in most cases since I do a lot of hi definition procedures (vaser , laser) and often transfer fat to buttock, chest, deltoid, calves for muscular enhancement or contouring (water assisted).  Best, Dr. Emer.

Body-Jet and VASER both have advantages in certain situations.  For example, in treating male breast tissue (gynecomastia), VASER is sometimes superior.For typical liposuction treatments, the same results can usually be obtained with either equipment. Body-Jet claims to be more gentle and cause less bruising. That may be the case, but I think the difference is not significant for most patients.
