Vaser lipo a couple of months before IVF, yes or definitely no?

Would you strongly advice me not to do this? We start IVF in 2 months. Over the past 2 years I've added around 1.5 stone ( use to weigh 9stone, I now weigh now 10.4). As a result I have 'chunks' of fat in places like: top of back/around bra; big thighs; A double chin; And a large bottom! I feel gross and I want some help melting the fat out before we try to get pregnant (ie when I get bigger) I will not have any tummy/love handle area done. Any advice about this topic would be great.
