Is it possible to have a fat graft on heels/plantar fat pad for additional height?

Question

Is it possible to achieve a 1 cm gain in height with fat transfer to to the heel area of the foot? Theoretically speaking, if I can avoid putting pressure on the heals for 6 weeks, would the remaining fat give me a little bit of extra height?

Hello, thank you for your question. Fat graft to your heels would not help with your height. The pressure applied to that area is very high.

fat transfer won't help you with height issues. There is not that much fat in heel and the pressure in that area is very high for fat to survive the transfer.

A fat transfer to the heels will not work because of the pressure placed on the fat with walking. Also the tissue is fairly tight and wont allow easy entrance of the fat. Wearing higher heels will give you more height.
