Is it possible to have a fat graft on heels/plantar fat pad for additional height?

Is it possible to achieve a 1 cm gain in height with fat transfer to to the heel area of the foot? Theoretically speaking, if I can avoid putting pressure on the heals for 6 weeks, would the remaining fat give me a little bit of extra height?
