I had BBL almost 1 year ago. I know that massages help right after the surgery to remove any lumps, but what about 1 year later? There is a small lump that I believe is a ball of fat that is right in the middle of my lower back. I noticed it a few months ago but it didn't hurt until now. It hurts because it is right over my spine and when I sit down it's painful. How do I work on removing it?
