Is tear trough fat transfer the best option for deep tear troughs? (Photos)

Hello! Im 27 years old, and i have a facial fat transfer surgery scheduled in january with a plastic surgeon in Fargo, ND. After my consultation my surgeon said a lower bleph would be overkill for me, and a micro fat transfer would be the best option for my deep tear troughs. Im coming on here to get some reassurance on if this is something i can feel safe moving forward with. From my pictures, do i look like a good candidate for the procedure? I have seen so many forums online of womne saying they got this done and were left with “sausage links” under their eyes. I also see doctors saying its better to over fill since the fat doesnt survive, and iv also seen doctors saying it’s better to under fill becayse you can always add more later. What do you guys think? I am very scared of looking botched, eapecially since fat is kind of not reversable. How common is it for tear trough fat transfer to look botched?
