Is it possible to resurface my nose? It just seems like it's bumpy and pores are enlarging.

Fraxel and/or Co2 are best for resurfacing, but erbium is a good alternative. I always combine lasers with microneedling/prp for more robust outcomes. You can absolutely treat your nose through laser resurfacing! I would need to see a photo of your nose to determine the best course of action, but we often use microneedling, laser genesis, chemical peels and HydraFacial to address these textural issues/large pores that you describe. A combination approach is often useful, and we've also had success treating rhinophyma with laser genesis. 

We laser resurface noses all the time. Very helpful for minor bumps and major issues like rhinophyma. I prefer the Sciton erbium laser for this. Fractional lasers, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion and microneedle rf are also options
