A week after CO2 laser resurfacing, can I wash my face with Proactiv?

I've used proactiv many times before and it helps me heal faster. now I had alot of acne scars so i decided to go for the c02 laser resurfacing after the procedure my skin was crusty and bloody but my doctor told me to wash my face with vinegar and water and then apply vaseline. now that the crusting is gone i was wondering what do doctors feel about proactiv for post op co2 ?

Thank you for your question jabronie2016. Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing is an
outstanding treatment that can address multiple aspects of aging in a single
treatment. For my patients I recommend avoiding products containing salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide for at least one to two weeks after such a treatment, depending on the healing process. Please consult with a doctor for specific
