The middle part of my top lip is quite pronounced, since I was a baby. I would like to reduce the size. I am fine with the size of my top lip but I don't like the size of the procheilion/tubercle. Do I have to get a lip reduction? Are there other options that are less invasive? What kind of surgeon would should I follow up with?

Your lip is not the problem, but rather you small jaw. I would suggest meeting with an oral surgeon, being examined and X-rayed, and discussing your options. Just based on your photos, moving the jaw forward will should you that your upper lip is just fine.
This fullness can be trimmed to make that area more smooth. I would suggest meeting with a board- certified plastic or ENT or oral surgeon and discuss you concerns.
