actually I find that hyfrecation with fine tip works BETTER than laser but plasma pen does well too. typically these always come back, nothing fully gets rid of them except for surgical removal and then we do micro tattoo pigmentation. if someone promises they be gone, that is not true these are sweat glands that tend to recur. you can TRY this treatment but often need 2-3 sessions and if they come back you will need surgical punch excisions. pretreat with emeragecosmetics vivatia foam, cosmelan 2, emerageskin AOX C (see link).
