How to get rid of scars on my areola? (Photos)

Hello, Last year I went to dermatologist because I have Montgomery Glands on my areola which is really bothers a lot me so he had suggested to remove it with laser and I was glad but when I had the surgery I figure out that he used hyfrecator 2000 to get red of my Montgomery Glands I end up with scars which make it worse when my areola shrink the scars become more visible this made me so sad any Idea of how to get rid of scars? My doctor was not honest with me.

actually I find that hyfrecation with fine tip works BETTER than laser but plasma pen does well too. typically these always come back, nothing fully gets rid of them except for surgical removal and then we do micro tattoo pigmentation. if someone promises they be gone, that is not true these are sweat glands that tend to recur. you can TRY this treatment but often need 2-3 sessions and if they come back you will need surgical punch excisions. pretreat with emeragecosmetics vivatia foam, cosmelan 2, emerageskin AOX C (see link). Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.
