I would recommend not going back for more fat removal. Instead, based on your images I think jawline implants could be very helpful for masculinizing and slimming the face.

Hi! Based on your photos these lumps seem to be perioral subcutaneous fat collection which has no relation to buccal fat procedure. You may consider a minor cannula liposuction, however, consult an experienced plastic surgeon for a physical examination for an ideal treatment that you should undergo.
