Facial Slimming - advice for any procedures to slim my face?

My face is very wide, my cheeks are very fat, one side is bigger than the other, I have no definition at all. I would like a slimmer, more defined v shaped face. My face has always been fat but over time it has gotten larger. I have read that losing weight doesn’t work for face fat. I have looked at buccal fat removal but lots of before and after photos don’t have a huge improvement. Do you have any advice for any procedures that could make my face slimmer?

If your aesthetic goal is to taper down the lower third of your face, there are a few different options. If you are looking for a more temporary, less invasive option you may consider masseter reduction with Botox. Another option would be to do a buccal fat pad removal procedure which is ideal for patients who have excess buccal (cheek) fat. This will allow for slimming of the cheeks and greater definition of the cheek bones. Buccal fat removal will provide lasting results that do not require touch ups in comparison to Botox for masseter reduction. Although these options work on different areas, they create a similar effect of tapering the jaw line. Consult with a board certified surgeon to ensure the best results. @drdonyoo
