Had tummy tuck one and few years ago. My final result is me gaining 5lbs. Now my upper body looks scary. I'm am sooo big up top and my surgeon says exercise won't fix it. From my back to my arms and under arms. I have another procedure to lipo those areas. I am so scared that a year later I will gain fat else where that was not liposuctioned. Why won't diet and exercise bring those areas back to its normal size before the tummy tuck.
