FaceTite or lower face lift necessary? (photos)

Hello Doctors, I've recently had kybella to help dissolve my fatty jowls and Masseter Botox was recommended to me as well. My masseter muscles seem to only be adding to my heaviness but I fear more sagging.. Is there any cheaper but equally effective treatments to try before going all out on a lower face lift? Or is the amount of heavy skin to much for alternative like hifu and Accutite options?
