Hi I am 31 years old with Turk-Mongolian origin. As I age, my cheeks are getting more and more saggy. I wonder which one is a better (and last longing) way to fix this; facelift or buccal fat removal? Could I do either of these while still wearing orthodontics braces/ retainers? I am also thinking do take Rhinoplasty. Would it be possible to do them all at once?

I think in your case jaw angle implants, cheek implants, and buccal fat removal would give you a more chiseled face. also a rhinoplasty to give you more tip projection would also help.
