Was my micropeel too aggressive? How long before this heals? Should I see a doctor? (Photo)

Question

I had a micropeel done last night and I ended up with these stripes all across my face. I believe the esthetician did 2 or 3 passes across my cheeks then followed up with 30% glycolic peel. This is only my second time ever having a micropeel and the first one was nothing like this. It looks and feels like a brush burn so I put neosporin on it, but I have a wedding to go to in 5 days. How long before this heals? Should I be using neosporin or something else? Should I see the doctor?

Thank you for your pictures and question.  The good news is it will heal!  I would suggest you get silver ointment to use instead of neosporin. Ensure you cleanse your hands before applying the ointment.  I also suggest that you contact where you had the treatment done so that they are notified of your experience.  If you are not seeing improvement in 48 hours of using the silver ointment I would suggest you see a doctor.
