Blepharoplasty surgery is meant to rejuvenate the signs of aging in the eyelids.  In the upper lids, this often involves removal of extra skin and sometimes fat.  In the lower lid it can be more complicated. Unless your eyes start out looking like hers there is no way surgicaly or otherwise to get her look and to expect otherwise would be very unrealistic. Each individual has their own unique beauty. At your age you need to recognize that and not try to be like someone else.
