Following a motorbyke accident where I scraped my face 25 years ago I started tattooing my eyebrows where the hairs stopped growing. There was no cosmetic tattoo at the time so mine is a full on tattoo which I periodically retouch. I now have a half hair half ink situation which I'd like to fix. Is it possible to do an eyebrow transplant directly over the ink or better to remove with laser first?
