Also, you need to bear in mind that a tattooed brow can define the shape of the new transplanted eyebrows (if the tattoo is very thick and needs to be covered). Removing the ink first would be optimal but that would elongate the process as you'd have to wait about 4 months until the ink is gone and your skin has recovered.

If you want a different shape of eyebrow it’s better laser removal first, but if you just want hair over the tattoo that’s actually a great option to achieve a good result
