In order to perform an eyebrow transplant, hair follicles are extracted from the donor area and implanted on the receiving one. Even though thanks to the latest techniques the scarring of the donor area is minimal, using your own eyebrow hair as a donor area would still lead to visible scarring on your eyebrow area after the procedure and long after the recovery period. Extracting hair from that zone or from the face in general is also considered not safe so I would personally not suggest it.
