Vitiligo, or infection on face? (Photo)

teenwolf80
A couple of months ago, I noticed that I had several small white spots on my face that wouldn’t tan. It has since gotten notecably worse. I started applying anti-fungal cream everyday for a week just in case. I checked myself under a Wood’s Lamp, and the white spots showed up very starkly, which made me think Vitiligo, but upon [much] closer inspection, I noticed little orange speckles all over my face. I’ve washed, exfoliated, alcohol swabbed, you name it — but they’re still there. Ideas?
