I may be experiencing what people call “boob greed “ but I feel like I should have gone a bigger size to create more upper pole fullness and all round fullness. Will my implants “fluff” more ? I am currently 7 weeks post op. I understand I may need to wait the full 6 months to see how my implants truly settle.

Answer: Am I experiencing boob greed? (photos) Thank you for your question and photographs, and it does sound like it! After placement of implants, the overall appearance of the breasts will change dramatically over the next several months, as the implants drop, and the overlying tissue stretches to accommodate the extra volume. Early in recovery the combination of tissue swelling and the volume of the implants causes a flattened, wide, and elevated appearance to the implants, while the lower breast appears empty. As this swelling resolves, and your tissues stretch, you should see gradual improvement, with the lower portion of each breast rounding out and increasing cup size. At seven weeks I would anticipate these changes to start taking place shortly. I know waiting is difficult, but judge your results at 4-6 months after surgery as most of your breast changes should have occurred by then. Hope this helps

Answer: BA results Dear queenbee19, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.
