I am 5’6 130lbs and had one consultation to go with 450cc with saline under the muscle (mentor) we never discussed high profile/moderate/etc. my surgery is 75% paid for and my surgery date is July 11th 2019. I was looking into maybe going 475cc because you’ll looses about 50cc but idk. I am currently a 34 b. The last pictures are goal boobies!
Answer: Are 450cc saline under muscle a good size for my body type? I am 5’6 and 130lbs. helloo thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question and the picture you showed you are a good candidate for breast augmentation in you case sub muscular , i think is much better in your case 410cc .its recommended if you get a consultation on personal with a plastic surgeon to discuss all about theme.

Answer: Are 450cc saline under muscle a good size for my body type? I am 5’6 and 130lbs. Thank you for your pictures and questions. The sizing of implants is a delicate conversation depending on your unique body and measurements as well as your goals. Based on what you goals, I do not think what you have chosen seems unreasonable. At VIVIFY, we use a 3-D imaging system called Crisalix to help patients visualize what they might look like after surgery. We want patients to be confident in their choice prior to surgery.Best of luck!Dallas R. Buchanan, MD, FACSOwner & Board-Certified Plastic SurgeonVIVIFY plastic surgery

Answer: Size The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). Answer: Implant selection Great question! I usually tell patients you will loose about 10% of the volume after it is placed inside your body so for a 450cc implant it will be about 45cc's so you're correct! However, the difference between 450 and 475 is very minimal, almost negligible and probably won't notice a difference. A shot glass is 40cc's so you're talking about a size change of half a shot glass. Most patients, if asked whether they would go bigger or smaller, wish they went a little bigger so between two different sizes that are very close, I recommend going a little bigger. I don't think you can go wrong with either implants and looking at your photos should get you very close to your goal photos. 450cc should get you a little over 2 cup sizes.Best of luck and hope this information helps! - Dr. Roger Tsai @DrRogerTsai Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Breast augmentation, 450cc Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation. 450cc should accomplish your goals. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
