Age 29, male, cystic acne - What treatment is best?

Question

29 male - hispanic. I had extreme case of cystic acne. Left large amounts of scarring during my teen years. 3 years ago i haf the chance to do some microneedling so i did. Family members saw improvements and that was it. I want to do another treatment session but i want to do an extensive one. I dont mind having perfect skin but if im going to spend.i would like a detailed plan. Whethers its tca cross, subscion or laser. The thing is ive seeen that they could cause fat loss and sagging jowls(not sure if its true). I had 3 facial strokes on my right side of my face. So you can see its a bit droopy if you pay close attention. I woild rather not do treatments that would make it worse especially the sagging. Can you reccomned options?

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser.  Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.
