What does laser hair removal on your head do to you? Would it kill my brain cells?

I heard that getting your whole head of hair with laser hair removal is a bad choice cause it kills your brain cells and possible other stuff that might make you retarded and other things. I was wondering what it would do to me if I get it cause I've read it is possible to do it without bad things happening to you.

Laser hair removal is a very superficial process. The target of the laser is the hair follicle which is very superficially located in the dermis. Additionally the wavelengths of light that are used by hair removal lasers are not in anyway harmful to growing brain cells. You can be assured that any laser hair removal you have will not cause any permanent damage to your brain cells.

It is absolutely false that the laser can kill brain cells. The laser only penetrates a mm or 2 and cannot go through the bone. It will take 6-10 treatments for success and will require touch ups about every 6-12 months. Expect 75-80% improvement but not 100%.
