Hello, I (female, 30yrs) have scheduled my chin lipo for February and am now starting to freak out a little. Researching, I have found reports of uneven results when too much fat gets removed. My surgeon told me that under the chin, he always tries to remove all the fat which lies above a certain muscle (as far as I unterstood?), in my case this should be 20-50 ml (0,6 - 1,6 oz.). Would you agree that is a reasonable approach for lipo under the chin? Thank you so much in advance!
