Inflammation after injecting RRS HA Eyes? (Photo)

Was injected with RRS HA Eyes under eyes and i think i have fluid retention. About 5 hours after i Was swallen. I feel my bags soft. At the beginning a little hot but put ice and now normal. It is not hard when touch, i dont think it's the hyaluronic but liquid or water retention. I dont think it's infection. I put some ice and 10% it subsides but i still have long way. Should i put some antibiotic cream, or Take antiinflamator pills? What is it? The attached photo îs immediatly when appeared.
