After Lipo: When can I tell if there is overresection in a spot? Is it possible that hollow spots fill up again during healing?

Five days ago I had liposuction of the outer thighs with Bodyjet Waterlipo. I am 26 year old women, 116 lbs and 5.4 ft .The surgeon I chose is one of the best plastic surgeons in my country. He told me the only problem could be my skin elasticity beause this area covered in stretchmarks from growing. He took 250 ml from the left side and like 400 from the right side. Now my concern: I feel like he did too much on the right side, he gave me a too deep or obvious gluteal depression.
