I have had my surgery a bit over two weeks ago and was wondering when it is okay to [RS bleep] again? And also when is it okay to engage in sexual activity.

If you just want the nostrils narrowed, that can easily be done under local anesthesia.  If you want tip work done as well I would recommend either local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia.
