This is my health and will be the biggest decision I will ever make, so I would rather pay extra, travel further and wait long time to get the best surgeon rather than settle for second best. About my nose… I found out that my nose has a slight deviation. I would like my hump removed, the nasal bones to come in a bit, my tip reshaped and nostrils to be brought in a little. Who would you recommend? Thank you :)

While it is easier to place a silicone implant to augment the bridge movement is a post op risk because it does not firmly attach to the surrounding tissue the way your own cartilage integrates with your normal nasal structures. Over the past 35 years I've avoided the use of silicone in the nose.
Although not expected, bleeding can occur after rhinplasty. If it is copious, packing might be necessary. It should not affect your final result.
Thanks for the question. You shouldn't have piercings for at least 2-4 months. Then, if you talk to your surgeon and get approval, there is no obstacle to having a piercing. I wish you all the best.
