I had a skin resurfacing treatment 7 weeks ago, and my skin is still red. I feel like its not healing at all (very very slow). My doctor told me that the redness should be gone after 4-6 weeks but the redness is still there. Is there a possibillity that the redness will not go away and stay forever? Im really scared. My doctor told me that he used the laser in the maximum depth to remove scars - is that the reason why the healing process does take so much time? Can i speed up the recovery ?
