Assuming your Botox was properly injected, you should not have anything to worry about in regards to swimming or other forms of light exercise after your treatment.  If you want to be extra cautious, you can wait 4 hours after your injection.

You can go back to normal activities 24 hrs after injection, as injection has caused very small breaks in your skin, 24 hr is enough for them to heal and avoid infection.

You can swim that same day. Botox injections are performed with a needle that produces only tiny holes within the bladder. There are no external scars or injections. Therefore, water cannot penetrate the bladder tissues. Sex, exercise, swimming and other normal functions can be performed the same day as the procedure.
