My eyebrows smell? Got ombre microblading done 3 days ago.

They are healing good only one side has a slight scab, there's no redness or swelling. I haven't washed them only applied vaseline when they get dry. But the one side with the little scabing smells....should I be worried? No draining or anything is happening.
