Microblading faded red! Help!

Question

2 years ago I had microblading done. Worst mistake of my life!!! As they have faded red! 3 weeks go I had saline removal done. It’s still red. Do I go ahead and continue with more saline removal, wait it out, or what?? I don’t want to lose my eyebrows hair to laser removal. Help!

Microblading is semi-permanent lasting anywhere from a year to a year and a half depending on your lifestyle. If you spend a lot of time in the sun without sunblock, big hats or big sunglasses to protect your brows then the microblading will not last as long. It is hard to tell from the photo but it seems the red may be transparent enough to camouflage with microblading. I would recommend talking to your microblading artist to see what she recommends.

Hello,I am sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience with your microblading. The pigment does fade over time and touch ups are needed to keep the brows looking their best. The color can be corrected.Protecting the brows by using an SPF over the brows, avoid applying skin care products and treatments such as, chemical peels, IPL's...will help the pigment last longerHope this helps,
